Vignetteslovakia.com is a third-party service for purchasing the Slovakian e-Známka (motorway vignette). We are not affiliated with the Slovak government, with the NDS (Národná diaľničná spoločnosť), or with the official eznamka.sk portal.
We purchase and register e-Známkas on your behalf and charge a service fee for this convenience. Every e-Známka is registered in the official Slovak toll system (NDS / eznamka.sk) and tied to your vehicle’s licence plate.

Consumer Redress in the EU
The European Commission provides a Consumer Redress portal to help consumers resolve disputes with traders, managed by the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en. It includes a Solution Finder for practical ways to resolve a problem, an overview of the consumer redress landscape, and a searchable list of approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies. .

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not participate in such proceedings.
