Entered the wrong licence plate number? Here’s how to fix it →

Important — act before your start date
If you spot a mistake in your licence plate number, contact us immediately—before your e-Známka’s start date. Once your vignette has been issued and its validity period has begun, it’s live in the official NDS system at eznamka.sk and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. There are no exceptions, so please check your details carefully before you purchase and reach out the moment you notice an error.

This is almost always due to a typo in the e-mail address entered at checkout. Contact our support team via the Help Centre with your full name, licence plate number, and correct e-mail address, and we’ll resend your confirmation right away.
